iStampMounts.com is a 100% virtual e-commerce store. We do not accept client visits at our physical location in Hamburg PA due to insurance reasons.
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship the products that you purchase promptly and at low cost. Orders will be shipped via USPS by trackable first class, priority mail, or media mail. On some heavier packages, we may ship via UPS. All orders received by 1PM eastern time will be shipped the same day received in most cases.
Domestic Shipping (To U.S. Addresses)
We ship to the all U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa
Most small orders will be shipped at a minimum shipping charge of $3.25. Maximum shipping charge will be $45.00. We don’t charge handling fees.
Special Orders
We are able to procure items not shown in our online catalog. We will notify you of shipping costs and estimated time of delivery on special order items when we confirm your order.
Product Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a ‘no hazzle return policy’. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the products within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Alternatively, we can also exchange the product with another of the same value.
