Ask a handful of collectors what they mount with, and Prinz comes up more than anything else. Once you know why, it’s hard to argue.
Prinz mounts are acid-free and archival-safe, which sounds like fine print until you remember what’s actually at stake: a stamp held by its edges in the right mount is protected from the oils, moisture, and light that quietly wear down anything left loose or taped in place. The mount does the work so the stamp doesn’t have to survive your handling.
What we like most is the range. Individual strips, full sets built for specific supplements, sizes for blocks and souvenir sheets. There’s very little in a typical collection that Prinz doesn’t have an answer for.
